Fix the `BUILD_PTHREAD_SUPPORT' Automake conditional when not using pthread.

Browse source 
* configure.in: Set $build_pthread_support to "no" when thread support
  isn't built.  This fixes the `BUILD_PTHREAD_SUPPORT' Automake
  conditional.
